This privacy policy (hereinafter "Policy") sets out the rules for the processing of personal data on the website of https://warehouserent.hu and the information on data management. By using the service, users accept the terms of this Policy. This privacy Policy is permanently available under the Privacy Notice - GDPR. The specific data processing operations, i.e. exactly what personal data we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis, for how long, where we obtain these data from and to whom we transfer them, can be found in Annex 1 at the end of this Policy.

2. Basic concepts and scope
2.1. Scope of the Rules
2.1.1. Personal scope
́ The scope of the Policy extends to (1)̋ persons (employees or other persons having an employment relationship with https://warehouserent.hu/) who carry out data processing or data handling activities carried out by https://warehouserent.hu and (2) natural persons in relation to whom https://warehouserent.hu/ processes personal data (data subjects), and (3) in the case regulated by Section 25 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Infotv."), to the person authorised by the deceased data subject or a close relative of the deceased data subject.
2.1.2. Material scope
The scope of the Policy covers personal data processed or handled by https://warehouserent.hu as a data controller or processoŕ .
2.2. Applicable regulations, legislation
The following legislation is particularly relevant to the Code and provides background information:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data̋ and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or the "Regulation");
- Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code");
- Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Infotv.");
- - Act I of 2012 on the Labour Code (Labour Code Act I of 2012).
2.3. Basic concepts
Personal data
Any identified or identifiable information relating to a natural person ("data subject"); a natural person may be , directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors ́ ̋ relating to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.
Special categories of personal data
Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade-union membership, as well as genetic and biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying natural persons, health data and personal data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of natural persons.
Data management
Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Privacy policy
A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Data processing
A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Third party
́A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor or the persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.
Consent of the data subject
A voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes, based on appropriate information, by which the data subject signifies his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her by means of a statement or an act which unambiguously expresses his or her consent.
Data protection incident
A breach of security that results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
EEA country
A Member State of the European Union and another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as well as a State whose nationals enjoy the same status as nationals of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area under an international treaty concluded between the European Union and its Member States and a State not party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Third country
Any state that is not an EEA country.
Profiling
Any form of automated processing of personal data in which personal data are used to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict certain personal aspects concerning that person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Rename
Personal data are processed in a way that makes it impossible to determine to which specific natural person the personal data relate without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is stored separately and technical and organisational measures are taken to ensure that no such personal data can be linked to identified or identifiable natural persons.
Shared data management
Where the purposes and means of the processing are determined by https://warehouserent.hu in conjunction with another controller or controllers.
3. Principles
In order to safeguard the rights of data subjects to their personal data, https://warehouserent.hu respects the principles of data protection law applicable to the provision of the service, as set out in the above-mentioned legislation, such as:
It processes personal data lawfully and fairly and in a transparent manner for the data subject (see point 4 for possible legal bases and Annex 1 for the legal bases of each processing operation).
Process personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes (see Annex 1 for the legal basis of each processing operation).
Only process personal data that are adequate and relevant for the purposes of the processing, to the extent necessary (see Annex 1 for the scope of personal data processed in each processing operation).
Ensure that personal data are accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date, and take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data inaccurate for the purposes for which they are processed are erased or rectified without undue delay.
Personal data are stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
Process personal data in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data and to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, by implementing appropriate technical or organisational measures.
https://warehouserent.hu processes personal data in a way that enables it to demonstrate compliance with the above principles.
It is the responsibility of the managing director of the Service Provider to propose any changes to the privacy policy and to consult with the company's Data Protection Officer and General Legal Counsel. If any employee of the Service Provider becomes aware of a circumstance that affects the personal data processing of the company (e.g. receives a request for data processing from a data subject, becomes aware of a data breach or becomes aware of any other relevant information), he or she must immediately notify the Data Protection Officer of the Service Provider and forward the relevant documents to him or her. The Data Protection Officer will promptly notify the company's managing director of this information.
5. Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed by https://warehouserent.hu only in the following cases:
If the data subject has given his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data;
If the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
If the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation concerning https://warehouserent.hu;
If the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the exercise of official authority in the public interest;
Where the processing is necessary for the protection of the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
If the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by https://warehouserent.hu or by a third party, unless those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child; In this case, a balancing of interests test is required. This test should include a determination of what constitutes a legitimate interest of https://warehouserent.hu or of the third party; it should be considered what constitutes an interest or a fundamental right and freedom of the data subject that requires the protection of personal data. A preliminary assessment should be made on the basis of these factors. Compared to the result of the preliminary assessment, if the result of the balancing of interests is not clear, additional safeguards should be associated to protect the rights of the data subject. In accordance with the principle of accountability, the balancing exercise described in this point and its outcome should be documented.
6. Special categories of personal data
6.1 https://warehouserent.hu will process data belonging to special categories of personal data only with the explicit consent of the data subject. In the absence of explicit consent, any document sent by the data subject containing data belonging to a special category of personal data will be returned by https://warehouserent.hu without a copy being made. The consent shall be duly documented.
7. Your rights regarding data processing:
- The data subject's right to information
https://warehouserent.hu obtains their personal data primarily from the data subjects, in which case the consent form or information in the annex to this Policy applies. If the personal data is not obtained from the data subject, https://warehouserent.hu will provide the data subject with the following information:
- https://warehouserent.hu and the identity and contact details of your representative;
- Contact details of the Data Protection Officer at https://warehouserent.hu;
- the purposes for which the personal data are intended to be processed and the legal basis for the processing;
- the categories of personal data concerned;
- the recipients of the personal data and the categories of recipients; if any, the information set out in the General Data Protection Regulation in the case of transfers of personal data to third countries;
- the duration of the storage of personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration;
- if the legal basis for the processing is;
- the fact that the data subject may request the controller to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data relating to him or her and object to the processing of personal data, as well as the data subject's right to data portability;
- in the case of processing based on consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information as supervisory authority;
- the source of the personal data and, where applicable, whether the data originate from publicly available sources;
- the fact of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in these cases, the logic used and
- clear information about the significance of such processing and the likely consequences for the data subject;
Such information shall be provided within a reasonable period of time from the date of obtaining the personal data, but not later than one month, having regard to the specific circumstances in which the personal data are processed. Where the personal data are used for the purpose of contacting the data subject, the information shall be provided at least at the time of the first contact with the data subject. The right to information may be refused only in the cases provided for in Article 14(5) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, in which case the data will be deleted from our systems. Please note that if you have already made a purchase from us, we cannot delete billing data from our systems under accounting regulations and if you have a debt to us, we may process your data even if you withdraw your consent on the basis of a legitimate interest in the recovery of the debt.
- Access to personal data
You have the right to obtain feedback from the Data Controller on whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, you have the right to:
- access to the personal data processed
- request information from the Data Controller about the following information:
- the purposes of the processing
- the categories of personal data we process about you
- information about the persons and companies with whom the Data Controller will communicate the processed data
- the envisaged period of storage of the personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria for determining that period
- you may request the Controller to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data concerning you and, in the case of processing based on legitimate interest, you may object to the processing of such personal data
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- if the data was not collected from you, any available information about its source
- the fact of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in these cases, clear information on the logic used and the significance and likely consequences for you of such processing
The purpose of exercising the right may be to ascertain and verify the lawfulness of the processing, and therefore, in the event of repeated requests for information, the Data Controller may charge reasonable compensation for the provision of information.
Access to personal data is provided by the Data Controller by sending the personal data and information processed by email after identification. If you are registered, you will find all the data processed about you in the GDPR menu in your account, without the need to request it separately from the Data Controller.
Please indicate in your request whether you want access to personal data or information about data management.
At the request of the data subject, https://warehouserent.hu will correct inaccurate personal data relating to him or her without undue delay and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, will ensure that incomplete personal data are completed, including by means of a supplementary declaration, if the data subject so requests.
- During the period of processing, you have the following rights under the GDPR Regulation:

- the right to portability
- Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to have the Data Controller restrict processing at your request if one of the following conditions is met:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction will apply for the period of time necessary to allow the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; if the accuracy of the data can be established immediately, no restriction will be imposed
- the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data for any reason (for example, because the data are important to you for the purposes of pursuing a legal claim), so you are not asking for the data to be erased but for their use to be restricted
- the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which they are being processed, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
- you have objected to the processing, but there may also be a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in which case, until it is established whether the legitimate interests of the Data Controller override your legitimate interests, the processing must be restricted
If the processing is restricted, such personal data may be processed, except for storage, only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or of an important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.
The data controller shall inform the data subject in advance of the lifting of the restriction of processing at least 3 working days before the lifting of the restriction.
- Right to erasure - right to be forgotten
You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed by the Controller
- you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing
- you object to processing based on legitimate interest and there is no overriding legitimate ground (i.e. legitimate interest) for the processing
- the personal data were unlawfully processed by the Controller and this has been established on the basis of the complaint
- the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject
If the Data Controller has disclosed personal data processed about you for any lawful reason and is required to delete it for any of the reasons set out above, it shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the cost of implementation, to inform other data controllers that you have requested the deletion of the links to or copies of the personal data in question.
Erasure does not apply where the processing is necessary:
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information
- to comply with an obligation under European Union or Member State law that requires the controller to process personal data (such as processing in the context of invoicing, where the storage of invoices is required by law) or to carry out a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller
- to lodge, enforce or defend legal claims (e.g. if the Data Controller has a claim against you and you have not yet satisfied it, or a consumer or data controller complaint is pending)
- Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. In such a case, the Controller may no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such purposes, including profiling, where it is related to direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, the personal data may no longer be processed for those purposes.
- Right to portability
If the processing is automated or based on your voluntary consent, you have the right to request the Data Controller to provide you with the data you have provided to the Data Controller, which the Data Controller will make available to you in XLS, XLSX or CSV format. If technically feasible, you may request that the Controller transmit the data in this format to another controller.
8. Data security measures
- The Data Controller declares that it has implemented appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or accidental damage and inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.
The Data Controller will make every effort to ensure that its data processors also take appropriate data security measures when working with your personal data, as far as organisational and technical possibilities allow.
9. Enforcement of rights after the death of the person concerned
Within five years of the death of the data subject, the right of access, the right of rectification and erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object to processing during his or her lifetime may be exercised by a person authorised by the data subject by means of an administrative act or a declaration in a public or private document of full probative value made by the data subject to https://warehouserent.hu . Where the data subject has made more than one declaration at https://warehouserent.hu, the declaration made at a later date shall take effect.
Even if the data subject has not made a declaration pursuant to the above point, his or her close relatives within the meaning of the Civil Code shall still be entitled to exercise, within five years of the death of the data subject, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to erasure and the right to restriction of processing, if the processing was unlawful during the data subject's lifetime or if the purpose of the processing ceased to exist upon the death of the data subject. The rights of the data subject shall be exercised by the next of kin who first exercises those rights.
The person enforcing the rights of the deceased data subject shall certify the fact and the date of death of the data subject by means of a death certificate or a court order, and his or her identity and his or her status as a close relative by means of a public deed.
Upon request, https://warehouserent.hu will inform the next of kin of the person concerned under the Civil Code of the measures taken to enforce the rights of the deceased, unless the person concerned has prohibited this in his or her declaration.
10. Incident handling as data controller
https://warehouserent.hu will report the data breach to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information without undue delay, if possible no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it. The notification, where one exists, must be made in the form and manner specified by the authority, in accordance with the authority's instructions (e.g., through an interface or designated by the authority). If the National Authority for Data Protection does not establish an interface, the notification must be made with the mandatory content of the notification.
If the personal data breach is unlikely to pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the notification need not be made. This decision shall be taken by the administrator, after considering all the circumstances of the case and after consulting the DPO (Data Protection Officer).
https://warehouserent.hu records data protection incidents, indicating the facts related to the data protection incident, its effects and the actions taken to remedy it if the supervisory authority mandatory content elements for the incident record, in which case the incident record table should be created with this content.
https://warehouserent.hu will inform the data subject of the data breach without undue delay if the data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. This decision shall be by managing director of the Service Provider, after consultation with the DPO (Data Protection Officer), taking into account all the circumstances of the case, and shall be recorded.
Exception to the notification of the data subject where
- https://warehouserent.hu has implemented appropriate technical and organisational protection measures and applied these measures to the data affected by the data breach, in particular measures such as the use of encryption, which render the data unintelligible to persons not authorised to access the personal data.
- data; or
- https://warehouserent.hu has taken additional measures following the data breach to ensure that the high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject is no longer likely to materialise; or
- The information would require a disproportionate effort, in which case the data subjects should be informed by means of publicly disclosed information or a similar measure should be taken to ensure that the data subjects are informed in an equally effective manner.
11. Shared data management
In the case of joint processing, https://warehouserent.hu and the other controllers shall determine in an agreement between them the division of responsibilities for the fulfilment of the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular with regard to the exercise of the rights of data subjects and the provision of information. In the agreement, https://warehouserent.hu and the other controllers shall provide the data subjects with appoint a contact person. The substance of this agreement shall be made available to the data subject.
The data subject's rights must be guaranteed even if he or she wishes to exercise them differently.
12. Use of a data processor
As a data controller, https://warehouserent.hu only uses data processors that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. The data processing contract shall be concluded in writing and shall comply with the content requirements set out in this section.
The data processing contract must provide that the processor may not use any other processor and must specify a general authorisation or the possibility of a specific authorisation to use an additional processor. Where the processor also uses the services of an additional processor for certain specific processing activities on behalf of https://warehouserent.hu, the same data protection obligations as those set out in the contract between https://warehouserent.hu and the processor should be imposed on that additional processor by means of a contract or other legal act under Union or Member State law.
The data processing contract must stipulate that the processor will process personal data only on the basis of written instructions from https://warehouserent.hu, including the transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation, unless the processing is required by EU or Member State law applicable to the processor, in which case the processor will notify https://warehouserent.hu of this legal requirement prior to the processing, unless this is required by the relevant
is prohibited by law on grounds of important public interest.
The contract must ensure that the persons authorised to process personal data are bound by an obligation of confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate obligation of confidentiality based on law;
The contract must state that the processor will ensure the data security requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The contract should stipulate that the processor will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to assist https://warehouserent.hu as far as possible in fulfilling its obligation to respond to requests related to the exercise of the rights of the data subject.
The contract should stipulate that the data processor will assist https://warehouserent.hu in the exercise of its obligations regarding security of processing, notification of data breaches to the authorities, information of data subjects about data breaches, and data protection impact assessment and prior consultation.
The contract must stipulate that, upon completion of the processing, https://warehouserent.hu will, at its discretion, delete or return all personal data to https://warehouserent.hu and delete existing copies, unless EU or Hungarian law requires the storage of personal data.
The contract must stipulate that the processor will provide with all the information necessary to verify compliance with the obligations laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation and to enable and facilitate audits, including on-site inspections, carried out by https://warehouserent.hu or by another auditor appointed by https://warehouserent.hu.
The contract must stipulate that the processor shall inform https://warehouserent.hu without undue delay if it considers that any of its instructions violate this General Data Protection Regulation or any other Hungarian or EU data protection provisions.
13. Conditions for data processing
If https://warehouserent.hu acts as a data processor, it is the responsibility of the data controller to determine the legal basis and ensure the lawfulness of the personal data processing carried out in connection with the service. The controller is responsible for the lawfulness of the processing for which it uses https://warehouserent.hu. https://warehouserent.hu assists the data controller in ensuring data protection by means of the following measures
to comply with regulations.
https://warehouserent.hu enters into a written data processing contract with the data controller. The data processing contract shall be concluded in such a way that it contains the elements of content specified by law.
14. Supporting the controller in ensuring the rights of the data subject
As a data processor, https://warehouserent.hu supports the data controller in its ability to ensure that the data subject is able to exercise the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
https://warehouserent.hu provides its services in such a way that the controller is able to provide feedback to the data subject on request as whether or not personal data are being processed and, if such processing is ongoing, to provide access to the personal data.
https://warehouserent.hu provides its services in such a way that the data controller can ensure the right of the data subject to rectification or erasure of personal data. At the request of the controller, the personal data shall be deleted without delay.
https://warehouserent.hu provides its services in such a way that the data controller can ensure the data subject's right to restriction of processing.
https://warehouserent.hu provides its services in such a way that the data subject, following a request to the controller, receives the personal data provided to the client as controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
15. Sub-data processors
https://warehouserent.hu will only use additional processors with the written authorisation (general or ad hoc) of the controller and, in the case of a general authorisation, the controller will inform the https://warehouserent.hu of any planned changes that affect the use or replacement of additional processors.
If you use a sub-processor, you impose the same data protection obligations on this data controller via https://warehouserent.hu as those set out in the contract under point 12.
16. Incident handling as a data processor
https://warehouserent.hu, acting as a data processor, will notify the data controller of the data breach without undue delay after becoming aware of it.
17. Records of data processing (and processing activities)
https://warehouserent.hu keeps a record of its data processing with the content set out in Annex 1.
Where https://warehouserent.hu also acts as a data processor, it keeps a record of its processing, with the content specified by the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Data Protection Officer is responsible for keeping the records. Employees of https://warehouserent.hu are required to notify the Data Protection Officer of any planned activities involving the processing or handling of personal data. The DPO (Data Protection Officer) will, if necessary after obtaining a legal opinion, enter the change in the relevant register.
18. Remedies
- If you believe that the Data Controller has violated a legal provision on data processing or has failed to comply with a request, you may initiate an investigation procedure with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to stop the alleged unlawful processing:

We also inform you that in case of violation of the legal provisions on data processing or if the Data Controller has not complied with any of your requests, you may bring a civil action against the Data Controller before the competent court.
19. Automated decision-making
- You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that would have legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. In such cases, the Controller shall take appropriate measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, including at least the right to obtain human intervention by the controller, to express his or her point of view and to object to the decision.
The above does not apply if the decision:
- necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between you and the controller
- is permitted by European Union or Member State law applicable to the controller, which also lays down appropriate measures to protect your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests
- is based on your explicit consent.

What are Cookies (Cookies) ?
